A Bo Kay helping Hospice patients smile

The Make Someone Smile bouquets ordered from A Bo Kay Flowers from July 20-26 also will make patients and staff at Central Wyoming Hospice (CWH) happy.

According to Tracy Ewald, owner of A Bo Kay, she will donate bouquets in smiley face mugs during that week to all of the in-patients and out-patients associated with Hospice.

Also during Make Someone Smile Week, a percentage of the sales of these special bouquets that are ordered by the public, for local or worldwide delivery, will be donated to Central Wyoming Hospice.

Ewald said she chose CWH as the benefactor because she wants others “to see how important (Hospice) is and to get the word out” about it.

The CWH volunteer/special events coordinator, Denise Brashier, said, “It was so sweet of (Tracy), thinking of doing this.

“It definitely will brighten the clients’ day to know someone is thinking of them,” Brashier explained.

The bouquets cost $32.50 each, with an $8 local delivery fee. That fee changes depending on where a bouquet is being sent, Ewald said.

Flowers can be sent to anywhere through Teleflora, the national wiring service.

To order bouquets, stop by 4801 E. Second St., call 265-9519, which is available 24 hours a day, or log on to abokayflowers.com.
