Farmers’ Market
The season has arrived again to think of Farmers’ Markets and all the fresh produce and products available.
The Natrona County Master Gardeners will be putting on the 26th annual Farmers’ Market on Saturdays, starting Aug. 2, from 7:30 a.m. to noon -- or until the vendors run out of their product.
Many new vendors have inquired about offering natural creams, grass-fed beef and other new products.
Come rain or shine, the vendors will be there to offer their summer efforts, including fresh items from gardens across the region.
This year, vendors will include those from the past with wares like fresh produce, breads, olive oils from Crete, meats, sauces, garden plants, yard décor and more and a variety of new sellers..
The Farmers’ Market will continue until a hard freeze or the last Saturday in September.
Car vandalism

The suspects are described as one white male, early teens, wearing a red shirt and blue jean shorts, having a mohawk hair cut and carrying a pair of brass knuckles, and another white male, late teens, wearing a blue “Sean John” shirt and black pants and carrying a hunting type knife with about an 8-inch blade.
The vehicles were all parked on the west side of the mall between the Sears and J.C. Penney stores.
